If you see a word which is not censored and you feel it should be please hit "Report" which is on the lower left hand side of every post with a little yellow triangle. We will then look at the word and decide if action needs to be taken.
I do have to warn you though that we need to find a balance and though we promise we will look at and discuss we will not necessarily censor the word. As a guide if the word is generally acceptable in conversation it's not likely to be censored here. If it's likely to have someone go
in company then we will probably do something about it.
