Your profile:
Click on the arrow beside your name in the top right corner.
This gives you access to your profile, user settings (including signature) and private messages.
The little number by your profile photo is your unread private messages.


Housekeeping and navigating the boards:
Your signatures are saved in your profile. You can edit them and add an avatar by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner.
You can collapse forum groups you don't want to see by clicking the little - sign to the right of the banner.


Groups:
The Beach categories are now visible to non Beach members, but the forum is still private and only beach members can access it.
There is a new Gifted/LD group (swimming against the tide), if you would like access please PM Sandra (keptwoman) or Fliztea
The Regional boards are currently NOT private but if the members of them would prefer them to be so (and a majority of the regions members agree) then we are happy to make a user group for those areas and make the boards private.
The benefit of any private board is being able to share more detailed location information, kids names etc because you know everyone who is posting.


No one will be admitted to any private board until they have 50 posts, that increases to 100 posts or 50 + 2 months membership for the Beach.
